Hours in the plane
Starting from Vienna the trip takes me to Copenhagen and further to Seattle. On the flight back (2 days after the first anniversary of 09/11) I have to change in Washington, D.C. This totals approx. 21.000 km (13.000 miles) round-trip or 24 hours flight-time (not including hanging around at airports, getting inspected over and over again, etc...)
It also gives you time to watch 4 movies, read several newspapers and stretch your legs dozens of times!
But everything went fine and after enjoying all the harassments of U.S. immigration and customs I finally arrived in Seattle. So come on and join me on a beautiful trip through the Pacific Northwest!
